Outdoor Wood Fired Pizza Oven?

We are in the process of designing an outdoor kitchen. Anyone out there have an outdoor wood furnace pizza? Can you share your recommendations on what size or design documentation specfics we should consider / recommend our contractor? We probably looking for a small 54×52, but we want it really fits in the Grill / Island bar that will be built. Also, if you've been owner of outdoor wood oven pizza – can you share information on how often you use it and how is the maintenance?
